  1. Carve & Serve Turkey White Chili:Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium onion, diced
  • 1½ cups Fresh Corn
  • 30 oz Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 14 oz Chicken broth
  • 1½ lbs Carve and Serve Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • Plain Greek yogurt for topping
  • Fresh jalapeños, sliced thin for topping
  • Avocado, sliced for topping
  • Fresh lime for juicing

 

 

Instructions

a. In a dutch oven or soup pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent, about 7-8 minutes.

b. Add corn, beans, paprika, chili powder, and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

c. Stir in the turkey and chopped cilantro until warmed through.

d. Serve in individual bowls and garnish with shredded cheese, Greek yogurt, jalapeños, avocado, and lime, as desired.

 

 

  1. Turkey Dinner CrostiniIngredients:
  • 1 French Baguette
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 packs Chèvre Goat Cheese, room temperature
  • 10 slices Carve and Serve Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, dinner cut and halved
  • 14 oz Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

 

 

Instructions

a. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

b. Slice the baguette diagonally into about 20 ½-inch slices. Brush each side with olive oil then place on the lined baking sheet.

c. Transfer to oven for 10 minutes until crisp and golden. Allow to cool.

d. Evenly spread goat cheese on each crostini and layer with slices of turkey. Top with a dollop of cranberry sauce.

e. Arrange on a platter and serve!
