a. In a dutch oven or soup pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent, about 7-8 minutes.
b. Add corn, beans, paprika, chili powder, and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
c. Stir in the turkey and chopped cilantro until warmed through.
