Brown Sugar & Spice Delight Ham & Cheese Breakfast Croissant Sandwich

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 Large Eggs
  • ⅛ cup Whole Milk
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  • ⅛ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 2 Croissants halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp Boar’s Head® Delicatessen Style Mustard
  • 6 oz Boar’s Head® Brown Sugar & Spice Delight Off the Bone Ham thinly sliced
  • 2 oz Boar’s Head® Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions:

    • Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Whisk in the milk, salt and pepper.
    • Heat a skillet over medium low heat. Add butter and allow to melt. Add the egg mixture and let it sit until the eggs begin to set on the edges, about 2 minutes. Use a rubber spatula to push the edges of the eggs to the center of the pan, then spread the uncooked portion of the eggs into an even layer. Repeat this process until eggs are cooked through, then transfer to a bowl and set aside.
    • Spread the mustard on the bottom half of each croissant. Top each croissant with ham, scrambled eggs and cheese. Finish by topping with the remaining halves of the croissants.
    • If desired, heat the oven to 350º F, baking the croissants until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

 

 

Brown Sugar & Spice Delight Ham and Apple Ciabatta

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices Boar’s Head® Brown Sugar & Spice Delight Off the Bone Ham sliced thin
  • 2 slices Boar’s Head® American Cheese – Yellow sliced thin
  • 2 slices Red Delicious apple cored and sliced
  • 2 slices Granny Smith apple cored and sliced
  • 1 handful Fresh Arugula
  • 2 tbsp Boar’s Head® Honey Mustard
  • 1 Ciabatta roll

Instructions:

    • On a clean work surface, slice the ciabatta roll in half horizontal and toast until golden.
    • Spread each slice of ciabatta with honey mustard.
    • Add half of the arugula, apple slices, and American Cheese.
    • Layer Brown Sugar & Spice Delight Ham and top with remaining arugula.
    • Enjoy!

 

 

Brown Sugar & Spice Delight Ham, Cheddar & Cranberry Melt

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices Sliced Bread
  • 2 tbsp Butter softened
  • 4 oz Boar’s Head® Sharp Wisconsin White Cheddar Cheese sandwich cut
  • 5 oz Boar’s Head® Brown Sugar & Spice Delight Off the Bone Ham sandwich cut
  • ¼ cup Cranberry Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mixed Greens

Instructions:

    • Heat a skillet or panini press to medium heat.
    • Spread each slice of bread with butter.
    • On the unbuttered side of one slice of bread, layer 2 slices of cheese, then top with ham, cranberry sauce, greens and remaining slices of cheese.
    • Top with the other slice of bread, keeping the butter side up.
    • Place the sandwich in the skillet or panini press and cook for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
    • Remove the sandwich from heat, slice in half and enjoy!
