Infinity Provisions is a family owned business providing Boar’s Head Brand® fine meats and cheeses to Orlando based restaurants and kitchens for over 14 years. We are dedicated to offering top-quality products made with fresh ingredients. Our passion for food and belief in its importance for a happy, healthy life drive us to supply a wide range of meats and cheeses for sandwiches, snacks, charcuterie boards, and a wide variety of other recipes. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and personalized assistance to local restaurants, caterers, and businesses.

How it all started
“I grew up watching my father working hard for his family. He worked extremely long hours, early mornings, and late nights. I learned how to work hard at a very young age working over the summers for my father. He taught me about customer service and how to treat people right, especially our employees. Not everything we do will always make economic sense. We sometimes make sacrifices to build relationships. There isn’t anything he wouldn’t do for his customers and in return they loved him for it.
I try to follow in his footsteps by giving my customers my very best. Service and reputation is always on my mind. Doing what feels right over what may be the norm. I’m passionate about this business and love working with people. I think outside the box and have an opportunity to consult with my clients daily.”

Over the Years
2008
Deciding to start a business
With help and encouragement from his wife, Matt decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and start his Boar’s Head purveying business.
2008
Boars Head® Leadership Interview
Matt had to prove himself to the company that he had a plan and was capable to pursuing it.
2009
Moving to Orlando from New York
With new opportunities comes new beginnings.
2010
Establishing Orlando Business
After about a year of building our own name, we were able to pick up a route and expand our business.
2015
Upgraded warehouses and expanded
We became a main player in the Orlando community and knew there would be more growth in the future.
2018
Purveyor of the Year
After a few years of learning our ways, and building strong relationships with our clients, we won Purveyor of the Year, two years in a row.
